These terms cover the Momiji marketing site and the act of starting a subscription through it. Using the product itself is governed by the agreement you accept inside app.mymomiji.com.
The site
We describe Momiji here as accurately as we can. Prices, plan limits, and timelines on this site are the current offer and can change. What you actually agree to is the price shown at checkout.
Plans and pricing
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Monthly billing is the annual rate plus twenty percent. Subscriptions renew each period until cancelled. You can move between plans, and billing adjusts on the next period.
How usage is counted
Your bill is a plan price plus usage. These definitions are what an invoice is built from, so they belong here rather than in a pricing answer.
- Billable employee. Any person who was active in your directory or on payroll at any point during the billing period, together with anyone who appeared on a committed pay run in that period. A person who was active for part of a period counts as one full seat.
- Billable site. An active location. An archived or deactivated site is not billed, even where it still holds historical time punches.
- Billable province. Each distinct province of employment across your billable employees, beyond the first. An employee with no province recorded is not counted toward provinces, and the product flags that employee so you can correct it.
Included allowances and rates
Every plan includes 10 employees and 1 province. Beyond that:
- Per employee: $12 on Budget, $16 on Core, $24 on Professional.
- $150 per province beyond the first.
- Weekly pay frequency adds twenty percent to the employee component. This applies to Professional only, since MomijiPay is the module that runs payroll and Budget and Core do not include it.
Locations work by plan rather than by a single allowance. Budget covers one location and cannot exceed it, so it never incurs a location charge. Core and Professional carry unlimited locations, include two, and add $75 for each additional location.
Managed is quoted per engagement. The allowances and usage rates above do not apply to it, because Managed is priced on the work we take on rather than on how many people or locations you have. What a Managed engagement covers, and what it costs, is set out in its own agreement.
Usage charges are not prorated. Adding or removing a person, a location or a province partway through a period does not change what that period costs; the change lands on the next one.
What you can check
Usage is measured by Momiji and shown in the product. For every billing period you can open the list underneath the figures: the people counted, the sites counted, and the provinces counted. If a line on an invoice looks wrong, the list that produced it is there to read.
The ten-day guarantee
If you complete Launch onboarding with us and the company is not live within ten days, the setup fee is refunded. The guarantee applies to the Launch setup fee.
Payments
Checkout is handled by Stripe. By starting a subscription you accept Stripe processing your payment. During the current phase, checkout runs in test mode and no card is charged.
